Shipping

We ship across the Czech Republic, the EU, and internationally. Made-to-order items typically ship in 5–7 business days; ready-to-ship items dispatch within 1–2 business days. Turnaround is shown on each product page, and a tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Carriers: Zásilkovna/Packeta and Czech Post at launch, with DPD/DHL added as we grow.

Proofs & Production

Any order with uploaded artwork or unusual text requires a free digital proof before production begins — nothing is made until you approve it. Two rounds of proof revisions are included; further changes may be quoted. Plain-text personalization with “I approve my design as entered” can skip straight to production.

Returns

Because each piece is made specifically for you, personalized items are exempt from the standard EU 14-day withdrawal right. That said, our Happiness Policy is simple: if we made a mistake, we remake it for free and upgrade your shipping. If the mistake was an approved typo on your end, we’ll offer a discounted remake. Reach out any time — we respond within 1 business day.
