How long does a custom order take?
Most made-to-order pieces ship in 5–7 business days after your proof is approved (if one is needed). Ready-to-ship items go out in 1–2 business days. Exact turnaround is shown on each product page.
Will I see a proof before it’s made?
Yes — any order with uploaded artwork or unusual text gets a free digital proof. Nothing goes into production until you approve it.
What file formats can I upload?
PNG, JPG, SVG, or PDF, up to 20MB. Vector files (SVG/PDF) are preferred for the sharpest results. See our Artwork & Photo Guidelines for details.
Do you ship outside the Czech Republic?
Yes — we ship across the EU and internationally. See Shipping & Returns for carriers and zones.
Can I return a personalized item?
Personalized goods are exempt from the standard EU 14-day withdrawal right, but our Happiness Policy means mistakes on our end are always made right. See Shipping & Returns.
