Artwork & Photo Guidelines

Accepted Formats

PNG, JPG, SVG, or PDF, up to 20MB per file. Vector files (SVG or PDF) are strongly preferred for engraving and cutting — they scale cleanly to any size with no loss of detail.

Photos

For photo personalization, higher resolution gives a better result — aim for the original file straight from your camera or phone rather than a screenshot or a photo saved from social media.

What Happens After You Upload

Uploaded files are retained for 24 months and can be deleted on request at any time. Any order with uploaded artwork gets a free digital proof before we begin production — nothing is made until you approve it.
